Roborobo is a robot penguin with a tender and gentle personality. His daily diet consists of iron metal,steel, and oil. His sole mission is to protect Rooky. 
Rooky is full of courage and has a strong sense of justice. As a young penguin, he is a genius inventor of countless weapons that the Spy Penguin team uses. Rooky’s father was a former member of P.E.A.C.E.
